I have a desktop trying to download a 4.37 GB file and it goes up to about 864.5 kb then after 5 seconds it says "Disk Overloaded 100%" and the speed drops down to 9.5 kb. Please help! P.S. I have Bittorent Not utorrent

Ok so I put a movie I want to watch on a blank disk, and burned the movie to it, but when I put it into my DVD player, it gives me a disk error message, how do I get the DVD player to read the disk inorder to play the movie?
