okay so i have some files on my computer and i really would like on a DVD, problem is i don't know how to do it or what program to use. its so confusing I've tried using some windows program but it doesn't work. any suggestions or advice would be very appreciated thanks in advance!

I downloaded a movie off a torrent, and was wondering how exactly you put that movie on a blank dvd+r disk. Do I need to convert anything? If so, what and how? And to burn the movie, what do I use? I heard of DVD Flicks, but someone told me it takes like 5 hours to burn.
