So I just fractured my ankle. I am obviously not going to be able to go straight back to running once I am healed. Hence, once it is better will biking and swimming hurt it? Or can I hopefully build my cardio with those again?

I saw an mma practice once, and was so intrigued, but totally realized it was such an intense workout.
I want to be somewhat prepared to go into the class, so I can stick to it.

30mins on wii doing yoga muscle stuff and other stuff like the jogging and hula hoop
30-1hour walking or jogging ( depending on which dog i take)
stretching and watching videos and copying...
...legs, stomach and butt? pretty straight forward--- i don't mind intense
diets no problem--- i dont drink anything but water, milk and ornge juice. No lollies but chocolate everynow and then. No takeaway and have my serves of fruit an veg, and i dont over eat
