how long will it take to most of the fat off my body and gain 5 pounds of muscle. I am curling 80 pounds on a barbell. also military press/etc i do most of my weight lifting exercises with 80 pounds except bench press. i bench press 165. im 16
I am 16 years old. Weight around 161 lbs (73kgs).
I think I've grown as much as I can.... my dads 5/9.5, mums 5/1 and I am 5/10.... ive got a beard too
I was wondering if i should i start lifting weights a lot or should i weight more
I'm not strong at all and i can do 16 of the leg extension plates (8 reps) , the thing has 20 plates in total. It says '10' on each plate - is that lbs? or completely irrelevant?
