Soooo I am going on a two day fast ( I started today ) and I was wondering is this a good idea? Or a bad idea? Should I fast longer? Or what? Hahaa I am just so confused because i'm getting mixed comments. So I want to lose a TON of weight, i could care less if its the healthy way or not, & I only have until March.30. Sooooo Im planning on fasting a couple times. Advice? I don't wanna hear about healthy diets & shit cause I don't have the time & my family don't have the money for that . Im only 15 yeoo !
