A good Fitness Plan for 14 Year Old, 5 feet, 100 pounds?

Some may say that's big for my size, some not. I'm considering trying out for football next year, my sophomore year. Whether or not I join, what is a SOLID good workout plan and nutrition plan for me? This includes plans for flexibility, muscular endurance and strength, endurance, cardiovascular endurance, speed, power, agility, etc.

If I workout with weights, [which I haven't done in a while], can someone give me a link that powerfully stops my worry that weights do NOT stunt your growth? Thanks.
