Some may say that's big for my size, some not. I'm considering trying out for football next year, my sophomore year. Whether or not I join, what is a SOLID good workout plan and nutrition plan for me? This includes plans for flexibility, muscular endurance and strength, endurance, cardiovascular endurance, speed, power, agility, etc.
