Access settings on Motorola cable box? (Time warner)?

I am trying to access the cable box's actual settings so i can set up my HDMI cable. Time warner cable box, HD is set up, just the hdmi cable port wont be accessed.

many times these boxes hide the setup menu. Try turning the box off with the TV on, then press the box remote menu button. you should see the setup and find the HDMI selections.
