are long distance calls from an at&t cell phone to a landline free on the weekends?

my boyfriend lives in oklahoma and i dont have my cell phone. im in florida. if he calls me from his cell phone (which is at&t) on my house phone is it free after 9 and on the weekends? even though its long distnace?
