...domestic oil industry? Did you catch Rock Center last night on NBC? There is an oil field estimated at twice the size of Prudhoe Bay, Alaska in North Dakota and oil companies are drilling their socks off as fast as they can get enough help to do the work. There are thousands of job openings, and more created every day. I didn't see Obama standing there trying to stop them. Why is that?
 
No joke at all. Even when the gulf drilling bans were lifted by the courts the administration stalled all permits for nearly two years. They only got approved when campaign begging season came around. That oil could have been in the market by now.
 
Clearly you have chosen to ignore the facts. There was no need for the Obama Administration to put a drilling ban in place for the Gulf Coast. The facts also clearly show that the drilling ban cost thousands of jobs in Gulf Coast States.
 
Likely because he hasn't figured out how yet. Notice off shore drilling is disappearing faster than morning dew? His EPA is sure trying to cripple Texas industry and oil production.

Well, we Texans are his butt monkey for allowing Repubs to have some say in what goes on.
