Att prepaid sims card and RIM BlackBerry Storm 9530 GSM Unlocked Cell Phone?

I am considering purchasing this http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/RIM-BlackBerry-Storm-9530-GSM-Unlocked-Cell-Phone-Refurbished/6448540/product.html phone and I currently have a prepaid att phone plan.. If I put my sim card into this phone, will i be able to use it??
 
yes, for a TEMPORARY period

AT&T and most major carrier are very strict on the phones they allow on their prepaid plans
they do regular audits and see what phones are there by their ESN... if they see a blackberry smartphone, they will contact you, inform you you need to get a standard plan WITH Data plan, if you refuse, they will cancel your account
