Would like to read again, Story is: Experimental station like (or not like) our Porton Down, Pilot drops his load of bugs not on pigs as he is supposed to, but lets go too high and the stuff drifts on to a small american town. Story of the clean up and how it affects some of the characters. Very Dark, cover up etc.
