Call of Duty: Black Ops DS Wi:Fi Error?

Hi, well, I have this problem when going online on COD Black Ops, on DS. When I start the game, this comes up

"The latency to the host exceeded the playable limit, so you were disconnected from the game and from nintendo WFC."

It's really annoying, anyone got a solution to make this stop? Thanks.
