Im NOT on a diet..
Im usually about 120 pounds at average, and today i came home from a hike that litteraly made me drop to the ground and lay on the dirt floor while every brake past the mid point of the hike. My legs ached soooosososo much! I was about to cry!! (Im not used to this..and plus, im the farthest thing from an "Athletic" girl..) In the beginning, i was mostly in the front the whole time..but that can only last for so long cuz with me.. i HATE HATE HATE steepness >:(
Anyways, we finisahed it. Hoorayy!
Then we ate at Burger King:) I had 8 chicken tenders and a small chocolate shake! YUMM
I came home and found out i gained 4 pounds.. o.0 Is this supposed to happen?...Or did the Burger King just ruin it? I LOVE to eat fast food maybe once a month or so... It was never really a problem.

Well that meal is a total of 800 calories according to their site. If you had absolutely nothing else with it. There is no way you could have gained 4 pounds of fat from that, unless you also ate another 13,200 along side the meal. Yeah, didn't think so. haha; it's water weight. Whenever you see your weight jump up like that, you should know that your weight flunctuates 2-5 pounds per day from food, water, etc.

You can still afford to eat a few other snacks, so don't skip another meal or anything. Even if you hadn't have exercised so much. Don't worry about it.(:
