Can Game Boy Micro play GBC, GBA, GB-SP or GB-DS Games? Which ones can it

play with/without an adapter? I'm thinking about purchasing one of these bad boys, but I want to know what type of games it can or cannot play. Which games can be played without an adapter (as-is), which games can be played with an adapter (and what is it called - proper name), and which games cannot be played at all.

First of All, GBA and GBASP games are the same, And if by GB DS you mean Nintendo DS, The DS has two screens, and the GB Micro has one.

Second of all, the Game Boy Micro can unfortunately only play GBA / GBASP games.
 
dude, you don't need an adapter. you can play all of them. no problem, no nothing. all gameboys are the same for their little cartridge things.
