Can I get my At&t cellphone replaced for free, if i cracked the screen?

I got a samsung solstice, just over a year ago with a 2 year plan. I recently dropped it in some gravel, and now about 1/2 of the screen is blacked out. Is there a way that at&t will replace it for free?

If it was your fault then you probably will not be able to get a new phone for free. I would just threaten to take your business to another phone service company. That might get you a free phone.
