M McG1 Member Jan 27, 2009 #2 At 15 it should be easy to lose 10 pounds. Regulate your diet to healthy food, give up soda - even diet, don't snack after dinner. Drink water. Riding will be a bonus. If you diet and ride for an hour a day you will lose 10 pounds in a month.
