Can I update my jailbroken 3rd generation iPod touch to ios 6?

I jailbroke my iPod touch 3rd gen and want to update it to ios 6 because I heard it's possible. Google has decided to not help me in my quest, so I just need either instructions or a link to instructions. Thanks :)

I have a 3rd generation iPod (that I'm using now) and its jail broken to but I can't update to ios 6 so I guess neither can you.

1. You can't update it because iPod 3G and Lower can't get ios 6.
2. you can get whitedoor and it will look like ios 6 but it's not.
3. ios 6 theme from the Cydia app
