can i use a cell phone as a bluetooth device to talk to ppl on ps3?

Id like to use my cell phone to talk to ppl via bluetooth on the ps3 but im not sure if i can. plz help

I think it would need special software to work in the way your thinking, and that's currently being talked about and will probably be in development

as your phone is, unmodded with no special software - it won't connect to a PS3, let alone send or recieve data from
