...marketplace esp. the price esp i fits fre well like how much it could cost with like im getting the xbox 360 elite in a couple days and i was wondering if best buy gives you xbox live free and like how can u get money for the xbox live marketplace like if i haft to have my parents pay for it or something
 
You get a month of xbox live gold free with a new xbox. Xbox live silver allows you to browse for available downloads and games, you can also download free demo's on xbox live silver, everyone has silver for free.

Gold allows you to play online with people. You will have to pay for the gold service, it's 20 dollars for a 3 month scratch card or 50 for a year.. If you want to buy and download games on marketplace you will need to get microsoft points, it's about 20 dollars for 1600 points, you can get scratch cards for points at any shop that sells the consoles...

You can also use credit card to purchase xbox live gold and microsoft points...
