car bumper picture enclosed (10 points for best answer)?

I' ve noticed something at the front bumper of my car, I think the bumper cover is missing or something can you guys tell me what is missing. Is it really important to get the bumper cover or what ever is missing. How much will it cost to get one? What car shops can i get one from?Whats the name of thing that's missing?




Also the is a cloud white Nissan Altima 1999 GXE

It just looks like its probably an insert. You could probably buy the whole bumper cover and it will have it on it but i would just leave it the way it is or put some type or metal screen in there.

Why is it so important you get that piece?

Cant see anything missing in the first pic. Second looks like you dropped a log on it and it slid down. If you were missing the bumper cover there would not be a nice shiny white thing there covering the metal and styrofoam underneath
