convert real player youtube download to playable in itunes?

i download through real player and i want to be able to play it in itunes so what are the settings in rp converter to make it compatible in itunes???
 
Once downloaded there is a convert button, click on it and select mp3. Then in iTunes add the directory to which your converted mp3 is in.
