Alright so I'm gonna get kinda detailed here and id appreciate if you did the same, I'm 5'9" - 5'10" ish I weigh from 145 to 153 on most days. I'm very unhappy with my body and how it looks. Never been a huge workout buff in high school and now I'm 22. I have a cruise comin up in the middle of january and I want to get into really good shape. Such as a six pack and what not. I currently have decent not great definition in my upper 4 abs, lowers are a bit tougher. My biggest and main concern is my chest, somehow i ve developed man boobs. My gf says I'm paranoid but we all know how that goes. I can grab it off my chest and so to me that's man boobs. When I flex they become harder but there is still.... fluff. My stomach looks decent when I flex but but its like a sucking it in flex idk how to explain it. So what I'm asking of you random person out there in cyber space, hook a guy up. Share your knowledge on how I can be happy in my own skin again like I was in high school.I've developed a slight dub chin. My eating habits are spuratic but its always stuff like chili, mexican food that kinda jazz. Pasta etc. So again help a guy out and help me be the best lookin one on the ship I know 2 months so let's get crackin.
