I bought a DVD from Kmart a few days ago with a coles/myer, only to find one of the disc's broken beyond repair.
I cannot find the paper reciept but there is a transaction history on the gift card. I still have the cover to the DVD with the price on it so it matches the transaction history on the card.
Am I able to go into Kmart and get an exchange with just that? or am I going to be stuck with a broken CD unless I find this reciept
