Diet and fitness advice?

I'm 14 5'5" 177.4 lbs I know I am over weight so you need to tell me that I'm obese or whatever that's very hurtful to me. I need help with a diet/workout plan. I don't want just eat veggies dot eat junk food and workout , I want something very detailed that tells me what to eat everyday of the week and what to do everyday of the week. I don't play sports but when I work out I prefer cardio. Also I can't go to a gym Because I'm only 14. I have a treadmill at home and a road to run on but sometimes I get bored of just running. I seriously appreciate any help I can get my goal weight is 120 but my first goal is just to be healthy. Thank you.
 
I think I have the perfect healthy diet for you . Start your day by taking a 10 min. Walk everyday incase you get bored listen music. A good start so far and for breakfast eat a wholegrain bread with cheese and also eat an apple or blueberries with it. If you love chocolate then have a tiny piece to award yourself but only small amount. For lunch salad with chicken ( if you add spice on your food, your metabolism will work faster so burn fat quickly) trust me on eating vegetable soup it's not that bad and fulls you plus hav vitamins you'll need. If not, a fish like salmon would be good for dinner. Don't forget to drink atleast1ltre of water everyday and have meat once a week. A quick tip if you eat less portions and small 5 meals it's better than eating one big meal and feeling sick late nights. You can do this . Worked on me hope this is helpful
