Disk boot error ctr alt del to restart?

I cant get into safe mode i dont have the system disk i cant do anything its pissing me off is there anyway i can manually reset hard drive by taking apart computer?
This isnt a laptop nor notebook its a normal pc desktop
 
There is nothing you can do by taking the computer apart.
That usually means you got to reinstall the system. If your
computer has a factory image stored on a partition on the
hard drive then you wouldn't need a recovery disk. If it don't
then you will need the recovery disk. You can find out by
pressing the power button and start tapping the F11 key.
If it has a factory image it will take you to the system restore
window. Good luck.
