Disk read error press ctrl+alt+delete to restart?

a couple of days ago i tried to start my computer up and i got the message above. when i press ctrl+alt+delete it restarts but goes to the same error screen. any advice on how i can fix this? oh and im using two velociraptor 10k SATA hard drives and i have them set using RAID 0.
 
That mainly refers to your data cable it's not plugged correctly, really easy to fix just open your case (Or get a screw driver and open the hard drive compartment in your laptop) and just plug the cable back in really well (Make sure it's also plugged in into the motherboard)
 
My best guess would be change the graphic card, or take it too a computer repare shop
