Disney Halloween Cruise?

Lg neon problem.. The screen is just black,?

The screen is just black, and its not showing anything. But whenever I press a button the buttons light up (its supposed to)
Anyone know how to fix it? Already tried to turn it off didnt work, already took out the battery, already charged it -.-
 
My parents and I, plus five friends of ours are going to Walt Disney World from September 29 until October 7. From October 3- October 7 we will be on the Disney Cruise and were wondering if they were going to be doing any special things for Halloween. I assume that the ship will be decorated and all, but is there going to be trick-or-treating and the Halloween Party? We would like to know if we should pack costumes. Thanks!
