Its the 2nd form i need to use to get my learners permit at the Dmv.....What i wanted to see is, If anybody knows Before i called the Dmv Monday, Is If My Grandfather which is My Guardian along with my Grandmother.....Well if he comes down with me and signs that affidavit.....does he have to show proof of custody?
