I am adding a half bath to my house. The toilet flange will be within 2 feet of the 3 inch main stack which runs along the ceiling in the basement underneath. Do I need to vent this toilet? The sink will also be within 3-4 feet of a seperate 3 inch main stack below. Should it be vented, and if so, will an in-wall vent be sufficient? Thank you.
