I haven't been too focused with reading lately, so I'd prefer it not to be a series unless it's REALLY good, then maybe 2-3 books at the most in the series. I LOVE romance. I also love it when the main character (the person whose POV the story is in) is a female between 15-18, since I can relate better. The other characters don't have to be in that age range -- just the main one. Um... I'm sick of vampires x human, werewolves, and witches. I like aliens or any other supernatural stuff and stories set in other worlds like the Middle Ages, other planets, etc.
I've read:
Twilight - I didn't like it.
Maximum Ride - It was pretty good.
Mortal Instruments - Good.
If someone suggests one that I've read, I'll say I did in the additional details!
I'd like the book to be at least semi-popular, because obscure books are hard to find. D:
Thanks!! I'm a good reader, so if you think it's too challenging, that's not a problem!! I'm 15, by the way.
Try Stardust by Neil Gaiman. It's a quick, easy read, but cute. You may have seen the movie; I actually liked it better, which is rare, but the book is pretty good too. It's predominately fantasy, but with romance too.
Well I could only think of one, and it's somewhat of a paranormal romance, but with vampires, but it's nothing like Twilight, it's more of a different species, named Carpathians, so yea. it's called
Dark Magic by Christine Feehan.
