every time i try to watch a movie online it tells me to install it, can i go on the official site to get it? would it work then? would it give me viruses? whats the official site?
Or better yet, you can just install vlc, which gives you a plugin for firefox, and that will allow you to watch any online videos.
And if you try to watch a video and it says you are missing a plugin, click here to download, its pretty safe to say, that video doesnt exist and its just trying to get you to download the "fake plugin" which is likely a virus.
