Does tracfone use minutes when i connect to ipod using bluetooth for WIFI?

I have a trac phone. I want to get wifi anywhere on my ipod 4g.. If i use the tracphone to tonnect it to my ipod using bluetooth, will it take minutes off my tracphone while i surf the web on my ipod???
