Does Windows 7 have a good built-in Speech-to-Text program or should I get Dragon

NaturallySpeaking? Basically, I would like to recite essays & poetry on my computer & have them saved as text documents to save me the trouble of a lot of typing. If Windows 7 has one, how do I access it & how accurate and easy is it to use? Does anyone have Dragon Naturally Speaking & do you recommend it? What does it do or have that Windows 7 doesn't? Thanks!
 
Good, yes... But it does not compare to the accuracy of Dragon. Just buy the Dragon.
