Doin Weights lifting? Some Questions? basically fitness question?

Ok, 1st of all lets me tell you my height and weight
5 feet 9 - 10
210 pounds
------------------------------
My goals :
losing 30 pounds, so I be 180 or around there
Getting really buff (I know it's really hard for that weight)
This is true, I have a killer calf, it's so hard, but most of my body figure isn't in shape.

Here is my routine planning for this summer. My friend is moving over so i'm starting with him
Run or Jog (cardio exercise) to the fitness center. that's like 45 mins...
do weight for the next 2 hours and 15 mins. (maybe starting out slow for 1st 2 or 3 months)
then walk home for cool down.

well you may say I'm stupid since i can't do all that. BUT actually I can
I'm capable of doing all kind of exercise as long as I can, except over-weighted lifting.
I know I can, I never get tired in PE when i bench 120s for an hour. not literally like that but u know wat i mean

now the ONLY question is. can you give me a list of routine of weight lifting that you guys do to last 2 hours?
i mean, i can lift, but then I don't know what to do. maybe it last for like 30 mins
or do i just simply go through the cycle of exercise stations and do the reps, then repeat the cycle as many times until i get 2 hours?
