Apparently, you should go to the Xbox Live Marketplace in your browser (use internet explorer if you have problems), log in, and then find the Fable II page, and then you press the "Download" button (Says "free" beside it).
ok. Some reported initiating downloads very recently (within the last hour). Maybe they were trolling, I don't know.
