What is a free but good DVD encoder that can:
- Convert AVI --> DVD
- Allow for SRT subtitle files
- Create customizable intro menus
- Create chapters at certain times (irregular times such as 00:53:00, 01:39:00, and the like)
- Allow for the naming of chapters
I'm currently trying to use DVD Flick, but it does not have all of these capabilities
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
