GMC sierra 98 is shaking on the right front side. Gets bad around 40 to 50 and

smooths out at 60 and above.? I thought it was tie rod ends so I replace the inner and outer. Its still doing the same shaking. I always feek it in the steering wheel also. The steering wheel shimmys back and fourth as if im grabbing the wheel and rapidly turning back and forth. I Change from original tire and rim to spare tire and rim and still doing it. I checked the rotor tho the best of my ability and it doesnt seemed warped or cracked. only thing i have yet to check is bearings. No front u joint its two wheel drive. I filmed the front end with my camera as I was driving it doesnt seem like its coming from the right side suspension. Could it be the left cause the right side to shake? This is not a suttle shake its pretty violent and smooths out around 60. Please help me out. If I know what it is I can fix it myself. Its getting to a point were i dont know if its safe to drive right now.
