Good alternative to limewire, other than torrents.?

I've been using limewire since I started downloading music, since it was taken down I have tried frostwire and bearshare, neither of which are very good. So, I'm wondering, what is a good alternative to limewire that isn't torrents cause those things are a pain in the ars.
