Good way to get loyal subscribers on Youtube? Fast?

People like it when the star of the video asks their opinon on something, or that they have something in common. Become (if you aren't already) witty and informing, because nothing if more awesome then learning from a funny guy.

I just created an airsoft channel, and a whole airosft chain store says they are willing to sponsor us (my team and channel) if we can get 1k subscribers in three weeks or less which is great! Problem is, we only have 8 subcribers so far... what is a quick way to get sub's quick (no sub 4 sub crap).
