blue ray discs? Got blue ray disc sticker on my laptop, Sony Vaio FW11M, but can't play blue ray discs. What can be done? Software or hardware issue?

check the device manager and determine if the optical drive is a DVD or BluRay player. it most likely is a blue-ray supporting DVD drive but if there is no bluray player software installed on the PC, then it will not play the media.
