how can i burn a movie to a 4.7gb dvd to play on playstation?

i want to burn a harry potter movie onto a 4.7gb dvd. i usually use Windows DVD maker but it says the movie is 2 minutes over capacity. how can i burn this movie onto the dvd and be able to watch it using a playstation 2?
