I isaac Member Sep 16, 2009 #1 My receiver does not have HDMI Inputs but it has Optical and Digital Inputs, the person who sold me the player at Best Buy told me that all i need to do in order to get the 5.1 Sourround Effect is to connect my Blue Ray Player thru this options.
