How can I convince my parents to let my buy a dirt bike or ATV?

I want to convince them to let me sell my ATV and either get a new ATV or dirt bike,I have been riding ATV's since I was very young so I grew up riding them and I have only ever once had a accident where I got injured and that wasnt my fault it was because of the ATV its a long story but there was nothing I could have done to prevent it.So please help with ideas on how to convince them,the only reason they dont want me to have one was I have medical issues and they dont want me to get hurt and they didnt want me to race anymore but im going to tell them it will be just for riding no racing unless they let me.
Also im too young to get a job so thats why I have to sell our ATV to get the money.
