i weigh 138...and i want to be down to about 117. I work out but i'm not motivated as i should be. I usually eat good but sometimes i'll hop off the bandwaggon of eating good. Any suggestions? Help!
Go vegetarian! As soon as I converted I lost 20 lbs. It came off graduatley, but it worked. I swear it's the best thing I ever did and changed my life.
Still not convinced? Go to Google and type in : Meet Your Meat. Then click on the 3rd result down. After seeing this video, you will never want to eat meat again. Now, whenever I see the sight of cooked chicken flesh, I gag.
