How do I change a High Def .avi file into a normal .avi file so my normal DVD

player will play it.? I want to keep the original .avi file format if possilbe on the created disc. Also is there any way you can tell (besides the file size) whether an .avi file is in HD? This would save alot of blank DVD's.
