So I don't know what happened, but my phone now just randomly turns off. It randomly turns off while I text and have conversations with people, and when I slide it in and out. When I told my mom she said it was because the battery was low; so I charged it, and now it has full battery, but still does this? She never see's it while it turns off, and she doesnt believe me cause when she used it last week it worked fine? I don't know she just won't believe me now I have a broken phone! How do I convince her its really not working?!?!
Has this ever happened to you, where it randomly shuts off, sometimes a lot, sometimes not a lot? Its a samsung t-mobile phone. I think a samsung gravity? not sure if it is or which one. All answers are greatly appreciated!

Just find some time to take to your mom and when you get a chance, just say ''mom, I really need to talk to you. It's about my phone. It really doesn't work and I think I might have to get a new one.

show it to her and see if she can get it to work. If it doesn't then it will convince her its broken. And if its randomly shutting off take the battery out and it should stop.

Just take the battery out and put it back in. It should work. If it doesn't then you have a serious problem with your phone. But if its only doing that the taking the battery out should work.

Okay, ask your mom to have a look at it and see if she can get it to work. Just tell her that it won't work for you but maybe she knows how. Just play innocent and let her see for herself whether it is working or not. You can talk yourself blue in the face trying to convince her, or let her try it for herself. Got the idea? Here's how the conversation goes, "Mom, I tried recharging it and I think I must be doing something wrong because it keeps going off. Can you take a look and see if it will work for you? I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Maybe if you try it then it will work."

Your next alternative is to ask mom to take you to the store you got it at and ask them to check out the phone. If mom sees that it isn't working right then you have hope.

Pull your Mom to the side just to hang out and stuff. Bring the phone. Have her sit next to you while your texting so she'll look at you while your texting. Then when it cuts off and she sees it cut off then she'll know that your cell phone needs adjustments.
