I see the slits beneath the bumper for the plate mount to fit in, but there are no holes or dimples to poke thru to support the top half. Can anyone assist me in this befuddling task?
part stores sell inserts for the tag mount,have to drill a hole in the bumper,press the inserts in ,which have a hole in them.the inserts come with the screws also
