how do i turn a video from my computer onto a disk that will play on my dvd player ?

I have some movies on my laptop which i need to transfer onto a disk that will play on any DVD player. I have no idea how to do it and i am no good at computers. so could you please give me some ideas on how to do this. And maybe a step by step guide? lol

both work off of my laptop, and i have created stuff with them, both easy to use
well, download them , run them, itll come on , and have your stuff, in your computer at the time you want to dvd, itll ask , click on it and wait for a while .
