How do you fix the LG KS360 Web Slider if the screen is black but everything works?

when I turn it on, it makes the sound and when you slide it also makes that sound. When I try and dial (touching the screen) i can feel the phone vibrate and also hear the touching sounds. It's just there is nothing to see, the screen is black.

the same thing happen to me....what i did id i took the battery out and the sim card out for a week and then after i week i put everything back in and it worked for about and hours and then broke down again so then u take it back to the shop and tell them it isnt happening to just u there is like 100000000000 people having this promblem and uwould like it fixed...hope this helped
 
the same thing has happen to me as well i going to take my down to the shop
